These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Urban Rose Beauty Limited.
Under no circumstances shall Urban Rose Beauty Limited team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Urban Rose Beauty Limited team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Salon Rules and Policies
Our staff will treat you with the utmost respect – we kindly ask that you do the same. If you abuse our staff in any way, shape or form, we reserve the right to refuse you treatment and eject you from our premises.
In order to protect ourselves from NO SHOWS and last minute cancellations we have established a number of fair rules as part of our terms of service.
• We require a deposit on the treatment(s) to secure your booking. Please ensure that you book your time wisely to avoid the need to cancel your treatment with us. • If you do need to cancel and would like a refund, then you must give us a minimum of 24-hours’ notice before the time of your appointment. Failure to notify us in good time will result in a loss of your deposit. Cancellations can be made in person, via email [info@urbanrosebeauty.com], or by phone 0208 707 6426
• When you make a booking with us you are making a commitment. This requires that we have the necessary staff present and that we can no longer accept bookings for the allotted time. No shows and last-minute cancellations cost us money so these policies are in place to protect our interests.
• We understand that you may be unable to attend your appointment for reasons that are beyond your control. In any case, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. However, we may return it to you at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis – or allow you to reschedule your appointment with us.
Bookings
• We will require your full name and a contact number to secure your booking. If you have given us an email address you will be sent a booking confirmation via email. Please notify us of any changes to your contact details and we will update them. • We reserve the right to refuse bookings or treatment.
• If we are unable to honour your appointment, you will be notified at our earliest convenience via the contact information you provide.
• We will do our best to re-schedule your appointment or provide an alternative therapist.
• Your deposit will not be lost in the event we cannot honour an appointment.
General Store
• Purchases can be made and treatments can be paid for in store. • You can return a product to our salon free of charge if the original transaction was made in store or online with a credit or debit card.
• Products must be returned to us within 14-days of either their delivery to you or their purchase in store.
• The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition
• We operate a 'goodwill' returns policy offering an exchange, refund or credit note for most returns, provided you meet the requirements. Items that have been used or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
General Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Pricing
If in the event that a product is advertised with an incorrect price due to a supplier or typographic error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, whether confirmed or otherwise. In such an event you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
Making Payment
You can pay by using any of the following; Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Maestro. All card payments authorised will require the cardholder’s full details including full name, address, and telephone number. These details must be an exact match as those details registered with the card user. Your card will not be debited until your items are ready for dispatch. In the event that the items ordered are out of stock, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately.
Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Urban Rose Beauty Limited. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Urban Rose Beauty Limited. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Urban Rose Beauty Limited, you agree to the terms along with any Policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you return the item to us broken, used or unsealed, your request for a refund will be denied.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@urbanrosebeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage cost to be paid by consumer.
- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not report the damage upon receiving your goods and within a reasonable time period, any request for a refund may be denied.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items
- Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will not refund any postage charges that you incur for both the delivery of the item to you or the return to us – unless you received the wrong items or if the order is faulty, damaged, or not as advertised. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
Additionally, we do not provide refunds on any tax, customs or duty charges incurred.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website and delete all copies of the website from your computer.
Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Urban Rose Beauty Limited's rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.

Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute waiver of any subsequent breach.
No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or any power under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or power. Nor shall
any single or partial exercise of any right or power under this Agreement preclude further exercise of that or any other right granted herein. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any applicable purchase or other terms, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
Amendments to this Agreement

If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Notice of Dispute
In the event of a dispute, you or Urban Rose Beauty Limited must give the other a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to: info@urbanrosebeauty.com. Urban Rose Beauty Limited will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your address if we have it, or otherwise to your email address. You and Urban Rose Beauty Limited will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, you or Urban Rose Beauty Limited may commence arbitration.

If you and Urban Rose Beauty Limited don’t resolve any dispute by informal negotiation, any other effort to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively by binding arbitration as described in this section. You are giving up the right to litigate (or participate in as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury. Typographical Errors
In the event a product and/or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product and/or service listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.
Miscellaneous
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms & Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
