Before you book

How often should I have one?
Every four weeks is the sweet spot, which is why the pack of three works so well. After that, most people settle into one a month to maintain it.
Is there any downtime?
None. There is no peeling and no lasting redness, and you can wear makeup straight afterwards. It is one of the few treatments we are happy to do on the day of an event.
Will it suit my skin?
HydraFacial is suitable for almost every skin type, including sensitive and rosacea prone skin, because it hydrates rather than abrades. Your therapist will go through your skin and any medication with you first. If you are pregnant, let us know when you book so we can adjust the booster.
What should I do before and after?
Come with clean skin if you can, and pause retinol and acids for two or three days beforehand. Afterwards, keep sun exposure sensible and wear SPF. That is genuinely it.
Can I use my pack at any salon?
Yes. Packs are held against your name and can be used at Elephant Park, Chiswick or Wembley Park, in any combination.
What happened to the pack of twelve?
We have retired it. The pack of three at £150 a treatment is the better fit for how most people actually book, and there is nothing stopping you buying another pack when you finish one.
